You can use the built in hyperlinks and cross-references
created in your MS Word document rather than having to edit
your PDF (Portable Document Format) file later on. This is
a big time saver and makes your file very friendly. Here are
four steps that make for a cleaner and friendlier PDF file.
- Create an Automatic Table of Contents (TOC).
- Create Cross-references using Bookmarks. The cross-references
will be saved in your Word document and in your PDF file
so that you can jump from page to page easily.
- Create Hyperlinks within your MS Word Document. You can
manually add hyperlinks to another part of your doc or to
a URL.
- Create a PDF File.
- Add Web Links.
